Terms and Services – Panther Luxe Detailing

Introduction

At Panther Luxe Detailing, we take pride in providing professional, high-quality detailing services while maintaining transparency and fairness in all business dealings. These Terms and Services outline our policies regarding booking, payments, cancellations, service limitations, and customer expectations. By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Deposits

  1. A 30% deposit is required for all services at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and ensures commitment from both parties.

  2. Deposits are refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 2-3 days in advance.

  3. Appointments can be booked up to two weeks in advance to ensure availability.

2. Payment and Pricing

  1. The remaining balance is due immediately after the service is completed.

  2. We accept the following payment methods: credit card, debit card, Zelle, and cash.

  3. Prices are fixed based on the service selected at the time of booking. However:

    • If the customer adds services, the price will increase accordingly.

    • For Full Details, pricing may be adjusted based on the vehicle’s condition (e.g., excessive dirt, pet hair, or other factors requiring extra time and products).

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  1. Cancellations require at least 2-3 days’ notice to receive a full refund of the deposit.

  2. Rescheduling requires a 24-hour notice to avoid loss of deposit.

  3. If a customer cancels last-minute or does not show up, the deposit is forfeited. If they wish to reschedule after a no-show, a new deposit will be required.

  4. If Panther Luxe Detailing must cancel due to severe weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be fully refunded, and rescheduling will be offered.

4. Service Limitations and Expectations

  1. We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is in poor condition, hazardous, or unsafe to work on (e.g., loose screws, broken doors, parts falling apart).

  2. While we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle and previous care.

  3. Customers must remove all personal belongings before service begins. Panther Luxe Detailing is not responsible for lost or discarded items. If personal items remain in the vehicle, they may be vacuumed up or discarded unintentionally.

5. Satisfaction and Liability

  1. Refunds are not offered if a customer is unsatisfied with the service. However, if time allows, we will make additional touch-ups before moving on to our next appointment.

  2. Pre-existing damage will be documented before service begins. Customers acknowledge that deep cleaning may reveal scratches, wear, and damage that were previously hidden. Panther Luxe Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage.

  3. We are not responsible for lost personal items. Customers are responsible for clearing out their vehicle before their scheduled detail.

6. Weather and Emergency Policies

  1. In the event of bad weather (heavy rain, extreme dust storms, etc.), we will contact the customer to reschedule. If the customer prefers to cancel instead, their deposit will be fully refunded.

  2. We continue working in hot and cold weather but will not operate in unsafe conditions, such as heavy rain or extreme dust storms.

7. Right to Refuse Service

  1. Panther Luxe Detailing reserves the right to refuse service if a vehicle’s condition poses a risk of damage when using professional products.

  2. If service is refused under these circumstances, the deposit will be fully refunded.

8. Amendments to Terms

Panther Luxe Detailing reserves the right to modify these Terms and Services at any time. Any updates will be communicated to customers, and the latest version will always be available on our website.
